music on a shared smb mount

i have the smb share mounted, but i can't find it in my directory structure.

i know it is mounted, because i can access the music from other music 
players. i can access the music files from amarok if i take the music 
files and drop them onto the amarok icon, but that only works for the 
files that i drop onto the amarok icon.
