Amarok hangs after playing 1/3 - 1/2 of a song

please first install debugging symbols for Amarok, kdelibs, qt, glibc. When 
Amarok hangs, open console and issue:
gdb --ex "set height 0" --ex "bt" --ex "kill" --ex "q" -p $(pidof amarok)

and then fill a bug and paste the full backtrace *inline*.
