What Happened to my folders?

Oops. Sorry about that. I have so many repos I don't remember what's in
what.

Use this:
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/UpdatedApps/openSUSE_11.3/

And probably this (just in case):
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/Distro:/Stable/openSUSE_11.3/
