Better cue handling in recent commits

Thanks! :-)
It not that I use cue sheets all that much for any of my music, but it
just seemed that all the technical bits and pieces needed were in
place that it would be fairly simple to do.
About adding support for this to the collection, it is slightly
complicate as it will need to touch the collection scanner and
possible the db tables (I am not convinced of this though) and ensure
that it works correctly in a number of special cases. This is a
typical case of a feature waiting for someone with a lot of cue sheets
to take it on! :-)
