FOSDEM 2010: making the Equalizer a dock widget?

Since the equalizer modifies the global Phonon settings and since
Amarok is using Plasma for its widgets, why not create a plasma widget
for the equalizer, that can be hammered into an Amarok one, also.

So, I am basing my idea on assumptions: I don't know if the equalizer
settings are global and I don't know how good is the interoperability
of Amarok widgets with regular Plasma ones.
