Building amarok utils with no kdelibs present

Hi

Amarok utils (actually shared/ amarok subdir) currently requires kdemacros.h 
(kdelibs) to be present at build time. I think it's not desired?
Attached patched copies kdemacros.h from KDE release (4.3 branch and trunk 
versions are identical) to shared dir and and makes amarok pick provided one 
if present.
