amarok(-utils): To merge or not to merge

They should absolutely not be merged.

As I explained in the bug report, the live ebuild should be handled
differently.

Failing that, they should be kept as different ebuilds, and the
amarok-9999 ebuild should trigger a recompilation of the
amarok-utils-9999 ebuild every time it's run.
