2.0.96 and SuSE 11.2

Add to this please that many of the .h files will fail due to compile 
due to the same issue.
The only one so far that has caused a problem is Debug.h.  When the 
#include <file.h> are set correctly and again "make" is run Amarok 
complains that Debug.h does not have the corrected directory defined .
