Found the problem

Hey Group;

I did find the problem.  It is a SuSE effort to keep QT3/QT4 going.  I 
did find that /usr/lib/qt3/bin/moc was being used and qt4 
/usr/bin/qt-4.5 was not being used even though Amarok spotted QT4 libs.  
I re-linked /usr/bin/moc to /usr/bin/moc-4.5.
Anyway Amarok seems to be compiling correctly.
