Amarok 2.0.96

As requested by a person on the KDE amarok elist.

I am running SuSE 11.2 with automoc4-0.9.88-1.8, gcc-4.3-61.1 and KDE4.4
The files supplied I hope do not cause a headache.  I zipped them up 
using UNIX/Linux "tar".
So hopefully they will not be shipped completely on your screen, just 
end up as files

All recent versions of Amarok2 using "cmake" I get this error and have 
no clue or way to track it down.   error.output is just 2>output and 
normal is 1>output
