No, they don't.  Those errors are annoying but harmless (although thanks
for the link to the mysql page to clear it up...that being said, there's
no reason for it in the first place since the URLs are not 3072 bytes or
more).

The collection building issue was a temporary regression in SVN.  It was
fixed on Friday.  You need to svn up.
