MP3Tunes plugin in Amarok for windows?

Hey,

The MP3tunes plugin doesn't seem to have made it into the windows 
version of Amarok. Is this because the code as it stands is not portable 
or difficult to port, or is there some other reason? I would love to be 
able to use Amarok to access music in my mp3tunes account; I don't want 
to put music on my work computer and this would be the perfect solution.
