No widgets in 2.1!

Hi everyone!

I really love Amarok and have tried the 2er release since beta versions came out. With 2.0.96 or something the widgets in the central column of the window finally seemed to work more or less as they were expected. But after I upgraded to 2.1 a few days ago no widgets are displayed anymore. Instead there is the default KDE 4 background image (somewhat scaled) and if I try to add widgets by clicking on the green “+” sign an empty list opens up which shows no widgets at all but only a green down arrow and a red close cross.

If I click the green down arrow amarok instantly crashes and clicking the red close cross does not really help anything (but does not crash the application either). ;)

Is there any further information that I could provide? Is this behaviour normal or how can I get the nice widgets back? :)
