Sorry.  Maybe I don't have enough experience here.  All I know is that
I'd filed three bugs, provided as much information as I could, made
myself available to provide more information, and all three bugs ended
up stalled....or what seemed like stalled.  I felt like I shouldn't
have even bothered filing them in the first place.

I would say I'd be more patient in the future, but actually what I've
learned from this experience is that it is more productive to engage
folks directly on the maillist than file bugs anonymously :)
