Hi all,

Attached should be an updated patch for the database configuration dialog.
This uses KConfigXT correctly now, rather than KConfig with widgets named
with KConfigXT conventions, which was causing problems for people using
debug builds of KDElibs.

Furthermore, the engine selection ComboBox has been removed and the dialog
adjusted accordingly since the likelihood of Amarok supporting anything
other than MySQL in the near future is slim.
