UTF-8 tags not working correctly in 2.1.1

Edgar,

If you can, try building from Git and see if things are fixed for you. I
think your problems should be solved.

I'd recommend backing up your .kde4/share/apps/amarok directory in case
you decide to revert back to 2.1.
