need a last minute GSoC proposal idea? Phonon analyzer support.

Last month a prospective student sent in a great proposal for Phonon
analyzer support. However he found a cool sounding research job
instead (cool sounding, its a pun! ahem).

Strategically this is a good project idea since it benefits multiple
KDE projects, including about half of kdemultimedia, Kaffeine, Dragon
Player, Amarok etc etc. It just needs a some good proposals, send it
in. :)
