The SourceForge project page for EasyTag doesn't list the mad tagging
library as it does id3lib, but if it's on Wikipedia, it *must* be true.

That said, looks like for the new versions of EasyTag (>=2.0) libid3tag
is a dependency in the Gentoo ebuilds, so this is probably true.
