No mp3 sound in amarok2, but works in amarok1

Dunno what your problem is, I can't reproduce either problem.  I guess if anyone is going to help diagnose what's going wrong, you'll need to provide a few more details.

Running Fedora 9 here, using a mostly bare-bones xine-lib with only free (and unpatented) codecs to build things.
