No mp3 sound in amarok2, but works in amarok1

well, for me phonon 4.2 breaks when i try to build it without xine-lib
1.1.15 and amarok 1.4 doesn't work with it. it recognizes the engine
as present but when tries to use it cannot do it. what options have
you used to build and what packages do you use?! ffmpeg, libtheora,
libvorbis, lame, win32codecs ecc.
