Bugzilla spam filtering

Hi all,
After becoming increasingly frustrated with spam that comes through
the amarok-bugs-dist mailing list, I've applied a few drastic rules to
the spam filtering. Here are the new rules:

== Rule 1 ==
matches? ^X-Spam-Flag: YES
action: discard

== Rule 2 ==
matches? ^Subject:.*\[[bB][uU][gG]\s\d*\].*
action: accept

== Rule 3 ==
matches? ^Subject: *
action: hold

This should hopefully only allow access to mails which have the
subject [Bug 12345..].

Just incase I've messed something up, don't worry, as I'll manually
accept emails which are valid and then modify the rules.

If it proves okay, in a few weeks I'll set catch all rule to simply discard.
