suggestion: do not repeat artist

I think it's a great idea. One of my playlists I listen to often is
"anything added in the past 3 months being 3 stars or more" so in here
artist repetition happens often. Even on my "anything 4 stars or over" which
has 500 tracks to choose from, it happens fairly often, as naturally one has
a preference for certain artists and therefore there will be more favourite
tracks from them.
