A script for double checking the mp3 tag encodings

Hi everyone,

I'm now writing a script to fix the encoding problems of Amarok. We already
had the encoding detector implemented, but it is not able to detector the
encodings for a 100% correctness. The encoding problem only exists for
non-UTF-8 mp3 id3v1 tags, and the detector has around 80%-90% correctness
for now.

My script will target for the remaining 20% tracks. The idea is: The script
will choose one of the potential encoding, and decode the track. Then use
the result to check with the online databases. If positive results are given
back, then the encoding is right, or the script will choose another
encodings.

The user should be able to open a configuration dialog to select one or
several of the databases they want. Now, LyricsWiki is good for English
tracks but not sufficient enough for some mid-east, or Asian languages.

For example, http://mp3.sogou.com/music.so?query=Track Name
is the right URL for check the Chinese track names.

Let me know if you have any idea about the local music database engines.
Give me some urls of the famous ones. For people who is suffering the
encoding problems, this is the time to fix it :)
