Scripting proposal_draft2

Hi all,

I am now sending you my second draft of my proposal. My code provided in the
proposal is just a demo to show the big pictures, I know there will be a lot
of work to do if I really should build a good scripting interface with a
good design.

I don't see the Mass-Tagging part as a code consuming project  The libraries
are there, the examples are there, the only thing we need to do is to
implement a creative UI. I played a little bit with "easytagging", and I
don't think we need to build it to that complicated.

Amarok is a great media player, it already has a user friendly UI, the most
urgent thing now is to have a powerful scripting engine with documentation.
So my future efforts will be mainly put in the scripting part, not the
mass-tagging one.
