"There is no available decoder"

I am unable to play any radio streams or mp3, m3u, .pls
url's in amarok. Heck I cannot even play mp3 files.
I keep getting the popup error banner that says
"There is no available decoder"

A sample stream would be
http://streams.wgbh.org/online/play.php?xml=clas/cmd080304boston_secession.xml&template=wgbh_audio

Are there developers on this list who can tell all of us users
eaxctly which rpms have to be installed in order to make things "happen"
in amarok?

OS is Fedora 7.
