[Feedback] When will Amarok 2 final drop by??

I am a new Ubuntu user with a modest internet plan and would like to use
Amarok, but since Amarok 2 is coming I dont want to download Amarok 1 only
for few months only to have to download Amarok 2 later. When will it be
realesed (not betas) and if it will be too late should I download Amarok 1?
