Amarok / Discogs script

Hello,

I'd like to write an Amarok Script that fetches additional information 
about albums from Discogs.

For me it's an opportunity to learn
- The Amarok scripting interface
- The Discogs API
- Ruby programming language

Ofcourse if it already exists, I'll have to search for an another useful 
script to write.

Two questions come to mind:
- Does a such script exist?
- If not, can I get an SVN account to work on the code?
