Well, you will have better help if you contact its author directly. My guess 
is that you lack some dependencies. Try launching "amarokapp" from a terminal 
emulator (i.e. konsole) and see what output is produced when you try to run 
CopyCover. It might give a hint.

The problem might be related to cifs too.

BTW, double-check if CopyCover is actually running ;) I know - it's a stupid 
suggestion, but better be sure.
