How to test latest Amarok 2?

Yeah, the techbase instructions work on any distro, and install into a 
separate user account so you're sandboxed.  Plus, the kde4 overlay in Gentoo 
should work, but every time you update the packages you're going to start 
from scratch.  Not fun.
