Improved device support, syncing, mtp, last.fm

Not in stable.  libmtp allows you to get access to the number of times a track 
has been played, although I thought I once heard that this is broken on some 
players.  Regardless, you'd have to store information in the database linking 
some unique identifier on the device to a usecount.  You could probably use 
the item_id attribute, although I don't know if these get recycled or not.
