Scrobbling through proxy does still not work in RC 1

Linux doesn't have a good proxy standard, really, but the information is
readily available on mac/windows - except my understanding is that Qt
won't use that information.

Whether the platform-specific KDE code does, or does not use that
information, code that is Qt-based and not using KIO will still have to
have tacked on proxy information.
