How robust is "Manage Files > Organize Files"

Before you do this, better make sure all your tags are spot-on! Check  
for anything listed strangely in your collection, or anything missing  
partial tag info - results may be unexpected, as the other poster said.
Better working in batches, for example one artist at a time - this  
way, if things don't go according to plan you don't have as much to fix.
Personally, I use "Organize Files" all the time, and I find it  
extremely reliable, although the most I've done in one hit is around  
500 tracks.
