[observation and suggestion] amarok opens too many connection when updating podcasts

I agree. With "only" 36 podcasts I have the same problem. It's not, in
any way, a big problem, but it would be a nice enhancement if Amarok
only refreshed a few podcast at the time (perhaps unless you explicit
run the "refresh all podcasts" option).
