On an even grander scale, why don't we empower one trusted corporation (or
perhaps the US Government cause they're so trustworthy) to collect and
maintain information on everyone in the world, and then allow any program to
access it, so no matter what you are using your data is available to you.
This would be awesome and convenient for everyone, and I don't think a company
like Apple or Microsoft would misuse the data, and as long as we chip
everyone, there should be no privacy concerns.
