Their website loaded fine for me.

Their logo is very different.  All they have in common is being circular and having a canine somewhere in the picture.  There is no chance of confusion between the logos.

Hallo, danke für die Information, allerdings ist das eigentlich komplett rechtens. Zumindest der Name, da diese Hundeschule ja ein einem total anderen Wirtschaftsbereich agiert. Das Logo müsste man aber sehen um eine Urheberrechtsverletzung feststellen zu können.
Sollte http://www.amarok-hundeschule.de/ die Website sein, möchte ich anmerken, dass diese total Kaputt ist und das Logo in folge dessen weit und breit nicht zu finden ist.

The mail is reporting a possible copyright violation by a german pet obedience school concerning our name and logo.....
I told him, that the name wouldn't be a copyright violation at all because they are in totally different business, although to check a violation by the logo, we whould need to see it, which isn't possible, as the probable website is totally broken.
