It wouldn't be a copyright violation unless you copied the logo exactly.
Even then it would probably only be a trademark violation.  I note that
there is no trademark mark on their logo so I doubt thyat they have
filed for trademark on it.  In the US there has to be confusion between
the two products/companies or an attempt by one company to use the
popularity of the others trademark to gain business before you can claim
trademark violation.  Microsoft successfully forced Lindows to change
their name to Linspire because they were both selling operating systems
and Lindows was too close to Windows.  Probably a bad example because
Windows probably infringes on X Windows ;-)
