[PATCH] amarok ipod rockbox firmware support

Rockbox can use either the filetree method or it's own database format
(described in the link that Colin sent earlier).
The DAP can generate the database itself, but it can be slow if it has to do
a lot of entries, so it might be beneficial to generate it on a PC.
