duplicates in .kde/share/apps/amarok

Looks like you might have (maybe even some time ago) backed up your amarok 
directory, then possibly restored it back by doing something like 
'cp ./amarok/ ~/.kde/share/apps/amarok/' where the destination directory 
already existed, probably having been recreated by amarok after a run.

Check your timestamps - it should be fairly obvious which directory Amarok is 
using. More than likely ~/.kde/share/apps/amarok/
