We always need all the help we can get! :-)
I think the easiest way to get started on 2.0 development would be for
you to join us on IRC channel #amarok on irc.freenode.net.
We currently have only one person (if I remember correctly) actively
working on getting Amarok running on Windows. I am sure he would
appreciate your help! :-) Other than that there are about a 1000 other
things you could start looking into if any of them catches your
interest...
