Exporting covers

I am trying to catalog my music with tellico.  I would like to link to the 
covers.  Not a problem with local custom cover graphics, but I can't figure 
out a way to access the covers downloaded from Amazon.  The downloaded jpegs 
seem to be randomly numbered and only associated with an album via the 
database.  Is there a way to export these covers to an identifiable local 
file that I can use with tellico?
