tag editing headsup (id3v2 lost)

this is sort of a warning for people who use amarok or any other taglib 
app to edit their tags.

summary : in some cases, id3v2 tag can be lost. to the user this is 
visible as tag trimming/cutting at 30 symbols and is only noticeable if 
the same file is edited again or after a collection rescan (usually a 
full rescan would be required).

i've broken quite a bunch of tags in my collection this way (and i don't 
know an easy way to find them all besides a direct db query to find all 
tags that are exactly 30 characters long...) - hope this helps somebody :)
