Amarok + PostgreSQL: connects to the database, but doesn't find any songs in the collection?

Hi,

I have Amarok 1.4.7 and PostgreSQL 8.2.5 on Arch Linux, with all the 
updates. Amarok is configured to use PostgreSQL as the database.

However, when I open Amarok it just tells me that there are 0 songs in 
my collection, which is wrong (I have ~20k songs). The database is here 
(I can see it with pg_dump), but it seems that Amarok can not read it.

There seems to be nothing wrong on the PostgreSQL side. No database 
corruption (I always shut down the machine cleanly).

What can be the cause of this problem?
