EBN Spelling Patches

Ian,
No problem, I've attached the svn diff.  Please take a look at it, it's the 
first time I've done a svn diff.  I looked it over, and it looked fine, but 
there may be something I'm not aware of.

In this particular context, "catalogue" is used in a url.
