How do *you* build Amarok?

Well, I don't know about the first. I still have libtunepimp 0.3 and
my includes are in /usr/include/tunepimp.

As for the second, yes it works for me. Did you use the --with-mp4v2
flag when running configure? Did it say it would build with MP4 tag
writing support?
