Trouble with software suspend

well, there's a lot of hardware that doesn't support suspend/resume.
if nothing keeps open sound card I can rmmod snd_hda_intel and have
suspend working.

I'll do it. Anyway, I can't figure the reason to keep sound card on
when there's nothing playing.
