label patch

Hi
This is the current version of my label patch which applies to current SVN. 
It's pretty much done except that Amarok still let's you add labels to remote 
files (won't work, but is not prevented yet).
Note: If you already used the previous labels patch, delete the labels and 
tag_labels tables and drop the database persistent version from 16 to 15
