Revert layout change, releasing beta1?

Sure, it's a better idea to leave it out for entire FF, but with the new tabs 
and all, it's looking awesome :S
An alternative, that Untouchable came up with, is to rush 1.5, but I guess 
that might be a bad idea...

I'm both pro and against, but I guess my opinion doesn't count...
