[PATCH] playlistwindow "fixes"

Hello,

After k3m a number of changes were made that seem backwards to me, this 
attempts to fix them.

1) Change The "engage" hotkey to META + n instead of META+E (allows the search 
line hotkey to work again.

2) Revert the moving of undo/redo/clear from "m_toolbar" to "bar" to
    a) allow users to remove them if they go unused
    b) clear up some space on "bar" for a future idea of mine (maybe coming 
later today.)


I cannot figure out why the text next to clear shows up, any ideas?
