Renaming amaroK, Amarok

I spose I got used to the idea.

Rationale:

Everyone spells it Amarok [1], and AmaroK looks less pretty, like some 
cleaning product brandname or "Some Movie Sequel IIII"

Easy places to rename:

1. SVN managed documents (eg src, etc. - using KDevelop or some fancy 
piped command)
2. Wiki (employ users and other helpful types)
3. IRC channel titles

Less easy:

1. The website in general

Estimated time to fully correct spelling/naming:

Never! But we could do 95% of it in an hour, and tidy as necessary in 
the future.

Prolly we may as well do this sooner rather than wait for v2, but please 
correct me as required.
