failed SQL queries in the dynamic branch

Hi
Yes, I fixed the problem with the index yesterday. The key is now shorter than 
the key of some other indexes, so it should be fine.

The other two failed SQL queries, the one about the missing devices table and 
the one about the existing admin table are normal.
